✧ Terms of Service ✧

✦ I. General Terms ✦✧ I reserve my right to refuse a commission for any reason.✧ When contacting me about commissions please approach me respectfully - any ill behavior, hate speech, and or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurrs.✧ General flow of commission process: payment => sketch for approval => finish commission => Finished commission sent through email or google drive.✧ When we're talking back and forth, I ask you give me as many reference images for what you'd like in your commission as you can - I want it to fit your vision! Go nuts! :D✦ II. Payment / Refund Policy ✦✧ Payment is made through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or Kofi,✧ All prices are in USD✧ Payment plans can be made for orders over $100 USD. If your order is under the 3 digit mark I will ask for payment in full before I begin your commission.✧ You're paying for a digital product, you cannot chargeback claiming the product has not been shipped to you.✧ If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission and cancel it, regardless of progress, a full refund will be given.✧ If you cancel your commission past the sketch stage, a partial refund will be given to you depending on progress in which I have completed your commission.✧ No full refund will be given for completed pieces.✧ Forcing a chargeback without proper communication will put you on a blacklist.✦ III. Process ✦✧ I will send you consistent WIPs of your commission as I work - I will also update on Trello as I progress on your piece.✧ Delivery time varies due to difference in complexity in my commission types and other factors (order of commission, family/personal issues, etc), if you have a specific date I need to finish a piece by please let me know!✧ You will be notified immediately if there is a hiccup in progress that could hinder my ability to deliver your piece on time.✧ I will send you your completed commission via Google Drive link, or Gmail so quality in final product is not hindered in any way.✦ IV. Client Satisfaction & Revisions ✦✧ I will do everything within my power to give you a commission you are satisfied and happy with, however, after a commission is completed only small revisions are allowed to be made free of charge.✧ Any major changes where I have to redraw a good chunk of your commission completely will come with an extra fee. (Max of 2 major revisions allowed. Please have a general idea of what you want the piece to look like before I begin!)✧ I will ask for clarification and work with you with bits and pieces I may not fully understand to attempt to draw it correctly the first time! ✦ V. Copyright / Usage Policy ✦✧ I hold every right to the drawing produced, not the client.✧ You as the client claim every right of their character(s) in the drawing (unless it's a fanart commission), but not the drawing itself.✧ I may post finished commissions on my social media, add it to my portfolio, or work on said commission on livestreams - this will all be done with permission and proper credit to the client, if you wish for your commission to be completed in private, let me know.✧ If you use my work publicly on any platform please credit me somewhere that is visible with my handle @stargaazes on Twitter. Thank you so much!!✧ Under NO circumstances is my art to be tokenized or made into a Nonfungible Token (NFT), this includes any other blockchain-related technology, crypto-currency, or future inventions in the space.✧ Under NO circumstances is my art to be fed to AI for AI generation of any kind for any reason. I reserve the copyright to my work.✧ A purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork is a case-by-case basis, but it will generally be +50% the the original price of the commission.✧ Altering the artwork without my consent / removing my watermark from the commissioned piece when posted publicly without proper credit is prohibited.✧ Commercial rights cover the usage of the artwork for products to be sold (eg. merchandise). Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.✦ If you made it through my lengthy TOS, I thank you! I tried to cover everything but if you still have questions, let me know! ✦
